Meet Our Amazing Team
Dr. Liam Hill, B.Chiro/BSc(Chiropractic)
Principal Chiropractor & Clinic Director | Physiotherapy Student
My passion for health and the human body began at a young age after seeing a chiropractor myself. That early exposure inspired a lifelong interest in how the body functions and heals, ultimately leading me to pursue a career in chiropractic care. Today, I feel genuinely privileged to support my local community and help people move, feel, and live better.
During my time at university, I was involved in the Hands-On India program, travelling to underserved communities to provide care and support. This experience played a significant role in shaping my approach as a chiropractor and reinforced the importance of compassionate, community-focused healthcare.
Since graduating, I have continued to expand my clinical skills through further study in paediatric chiropractic care, pregnancy care, Sacro-Occipital Technique, and Gonstead technique. This allows me to support people of all ages and life stages with personalised, evidence-informed care.
I am currently completing a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame, with one year remaining. I’m excited to integrate the strengths of chiropractic and physiotherapy to offer a truly holistic, movement-focused approach to health and rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me swimming at Cottesloe Beach, training at the gym in Fremantle, or relaxing at home with my partner and our four cats.
Availability at Cottesloe Chiropractic Centre:

Nea Jackson, DipRM
Massage Therapist
Health and wellbeing are great passions of mine. Having recently completed my studies in Remedial Massage, I’ve realised that learning is a privilege and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to return to studies.
To accompany my Diploma of Remedial Massage, I’m also a qualified Yoga Teacher 500RYT in Hatha/Yin/Restorative Yoga, Reiki Master, and Abdominal Therapist. My purpose is to educate and guide my clients through their healing journey, meeting them where they are at in the moment.
From 2016 to 2020, I was immersed in yoga communities around the world. Most of my time overseas was spent in beautiful Guatemala at The Yoga Forest as the Wellness Manager. This hands-on role had me looking after a team of 6 Yogi/Therapists, and offering many treatments of Reiki and Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Massage).
I design my treatments to allow clients to feel and connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. I offer relaxation, deep pressure, trigger point, myofascial release, dry needling, and reflexology.
At the Centre: Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
Bianca MacLachlan, B(Food/Nutr)
Women’s Health Nutritionist and Centre Manager
I’m passionate about supporting women through the unique health changes that come with perimenopause and post-menopause, and I believe that nutrition sits at the very foundation of how we feel, function, and age. Food can be incredibly healing, or it can work against us, and the choices we make are shaped not only by what we eat, but also by our habits, beliefs, and lifestyle. That’s why I take a personalised approach: every woman’s body, hormones, and health journey is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.
My goal is to help my clients build a positive, lifelong relationship with food so they can feel strong, energised, and vibrant throughout midlife and beyond.
I also recognise that your health is influenced by many interconnected factors, including stress, sleep, mental wellbeing, and exercise. My approach is holistic, looking at the full picture so that nutrition recommendations fit seamlessly into your life and truly support your body’s needs during this transitional stage.
I hold a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition, alongside an Advanced Certificate of Nutrition and Health, Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification, and am currently studying a Certificate of Nutrition for Perimenopause and Women 40+. I’m also a qualified Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Coach, and Personal Trainer, which allows me to bring a whole-body perspective to my work.
Outside of the Centre, I spend my time at the gym, the yoga studio (teaching and practicing!), cooking, and spending time with my husband and our pug, Doug!
At the Centre: Monday afternoons.

Chiropractic Assistant
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic (BSc and BClinChiro) at Murdoch University, driven by a deep passion for helping people live healthier, pain-free lives. I aspire to specialise in paediatrics, pregnancy, and women’s health, offering care with a holistic and gentle approach.
As a mother of two boys, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of chiropractic care, starting with my youngest son at just three days old - an experience that inspired my commitment to helping other families.
When I’m not studying, I love spending time with my boys - swimming, dancing around the house, practising tae kwon do, and sharing plenty of laughter together!
