Meet Our Amazing Team
Dr Liam Hill, B.Chiro/BSc(Chiropractic), Cert III & IV Personal Training
Principal Chiropractor and Clinic Director | Personal Trainer | Physiotherapy Student
I’m passionate about bridging the gap between chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and personal training to deliver a truly evidence-based, holistic approach to health, rehabilitation, and performance. With a strong foundation across all three fields, my focus is on helping people not only get out of pain, but also move better, build resilience, improve function, and maintain long-term health.
Before becoming a chiropractor, I worked as a personal trainer, holding Certificates III and IV in Personal Training. Through this experience, I developed extensive expertise in strength and conditioning, exercise prescription, mobility training, functional movement, rehabilitation principles, and injury prevention. This hands-on background continues to shape my clinical approach and gives me a unique understanding of how movement, exercise, and manual therapy work together to support optimal health outcomes.
My passion for health and the human body began at a young age after seeing a chiropractor myself. That early experience sparked a lifelong interest in how the body functions, heals, and adapts, ultimately leading to my career in chiropractic. Today, I feels privileged to support my local community by combining hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient education to help people move, feel, and live better.
My approach to care is centred around integrating the best aspects of chiropractic, physiotherapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation. Rather than focusing solely on short-term symptom relief, I aim to identify underlying movement dysfunction and create personalised treatment plans that support long-term results. My clinical approach combines evidence-based chiropractic care, rehabilitation exercises, strength and mobility programming, and practical lifestyle advice to support recovery, performance, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
This integrated philosophy allows me to work effectively with a wide range of people, including athletes, gym-goers, office workers, families, pregnant women, and those recovering from injury or managing chronic pain conditions.
Since graduating, I’ve continued to expand my clinical expertise through further study in paediatric chiropractic care, pregnancy care, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), and Gonstead chiropractic technique. I’m also currently completing a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame.
By combining my backgrounds in personal training, chiropractic, and physiotherapy, I’m committed to delivering modern, evidence-informed care that supports movement, rehabilitation, strength, mobility, performance, and long-term health outcomes.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me swimming at Cottesloe Beach, training at the gym, or relaxing at home with my partner and our four cats - Thad, Thorn, Thistle and Thimble (the cheeky one).

Dr Tom Anderson, B.Chiro/BSc(Chiropractic)
Associate Chiropractor
I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and improve their overall health and function. I’m particularly interested in how the body works as a whole system, and how movement, strength, and recovery all contribute to long-term health, resilience, and performance.
I take an evidence-based and holistic approach to care, integrating chiropractic treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation and practical lifestyle strategies. My focus is on not only helping people reduce pain, but also improving movement quality, restoring function, and supporting long-term health outcomes through individualised care.
I enjoy working with a wide range of people, including athletes, gym-goers, office workers, and individuals managing persistent or complex pain presentations. I have a particular interest in headaches and complex musculoskeletal conditions, and incorporate dry needling into my treatment approach where appropriate to support recovery and function.
My approach is centred around clear communication, patient understanding, and collaborative care. I place a strong emphasis on ensuring each patient understands their condition and feels confident in their management plan, with a focus on practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
Having grown up between Zambia and Perth, I bring a broad perspective to my care, and I value building strong relationships within the community. Outside the clinic, I enjoy rugby, strength training, golf, fishing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends, including my twin brother.

Helena Dunlea, DipRM
Massage Therapist | Chiropractic Assistant
My journey with massage began when I graduated with a Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2019. Since then, I have successfully run my own practice in New Zealand, and I’ve now brought that experience to the Cottesloe community. Massage has taught me so much about the incredible way the human body works and how it impacts every aspect of our lives.
Massage is more than a job - it’s a lifelong study of how the body works, and a mission to help people regain their mobility. Because no two bodies are ever the same, I learn something new every day and love tailoring my approach specifically to each individual.
Whether you are looking for a soothing relaxation session to unwind, or a targeted remedial treatment, I use a variety of techniques to support my clients, including deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
Helping people move freely and live without pain is my greatest passion. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually out exploring my new home, hitting the gym, or enjoying a long walk - staying active is my favourite way to unwind!

Bianca MacLachlan, B(Food/Nutr)
Women’s Health Nutritionist | Centre Manager
I’m passionate about supporting women through the unique health changes that come with perimenopause and post-menopause, and I believe that nutrition sits at the very foundation of how we feel, function, and age. Food can be incredibly healing, or it can work against us, and the choices we make are shaped not only by what we eat, but also by our habits, beliefs, and lifestyle. That’s why I take a personalised approach: every woman’s body, hormones, and health journey is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.
My goal is to help my clients build a positive, lifelong relationship with food so they can feel strong, energised, and vibrant throughout midlife and beyond.
I also recognise that your health is influenced by many interconnected factors, including stress, sleep, mental wellbeing, and exercise. My approach is holistic, looking at the full picture so that nutrition recommendations fit seamlessly into your life and truly support your body’s needs during this transitional stage.
I hold a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition, alongside an Advanced Certificate of Nutrition and Health, Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification, and am currently studying a Certificate of Nutrition for Perimenopause and Women 40+. I’m also a qualified Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Coach, and Personal Trainer, which allows me to bring a whole-body perspective to my work.
Outside of the Centre, I spend my time at the gym, the yoga studio (teaching and practicing!), cooking, and spending time with my husband and our pug, Doug!
